REPAIR SERVICE AGREEMENT & WAIVER — Jules Computer
By signing this waiver, I authorize Jules Computer to perform diagnostic and repair services on my device as described above.
1. AUTHORIZATION: I authorize the repair service described. I understand that Jules Computer may need to open, disassemble, and test my device.
2. DATA: While every effort will be made to preserve data, I understand that Jules Computer is not responsible for data loss during repair. I have been advised to back up my data before service.
3. PARTS: Original OEM-quality replacement parts will be used. Replaced parts become property of Jules Computer unless otherwise agreed.
4. WARRANTY: All repairs carry a 90-day warranty covering the specific repair performed. Warranty is void if the device shows signs of further physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modification after repair.
5. LIABILITY: Jules Computer shall not be liable for pre-existing conditions, cosmetic wear, or issues unrelated to the repair performed.
6. ABANDONED DEVICES: Devices not picked up within 90 days of completion notification will be considered abandoned.
7. ESTIMATES: The estimated cost is an approximation. Final cost may vary after diagnostic. I will be notified if the cost exceeds the estimate by more than 20%.
